To change your username, you need to contact BSM customer support. You can do this by selecting the customer support option found in the header bar of the home page, which will allow you to email your request. You can also call 1-866-220-3184 to speak directly with customer support and request a change in your username.
If you would like to change your password, this can be done from your eLearning homepage. Click on "Update Your Profile" on your My Courses page and you will see the option to change your password.
