The basics of analyzing interactions between employees are presented and applied to common conflicts within the office. The concepts of strokes and life positions are also described and applied to common office situations.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to improve their relations with other staff members by staying in the proper State of Mind, and by achieving the most productive Life Position.
