In addition, methods for employee review and the performance review process are addressed.

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to use the knowledge gained to develop meaningful job descriptions which form the foundation for employee job responsibilities and priorities. The student also will gain insight on the performance evaluation process and be able to use the job description as an effective means for measuring employee job performance.
